	Ulaan Baatar is a large city with a population of approximately 1,000,000 people. More than half of the city is comprised of what is called the "Ger" District. The Ger district is full of sophisticated nomadic tents called Gers. Most folks living in the Ger district are without phone lines, running water, and many without electricity.
